New keys. A clean beginning.

One less thing on your moving list.

Moving is a big enough job on its own. We help refresh empty homes before you unpack or after the last box is out, with a plan based on the property’s size and condition.

Let’s make a plan for your home.

• Kitchen and bathroom surfaces
• Accessible closets, shelving and cabinets as agreed
• Floors, edges and accessible baseboards
• Inside cabinets and appliances when included in your quote
• A final look through the agreed cleaning areas

Please arrange working water and electricity and let us know when the property will be empty. Deposit returns and inspection outcomes depend on your landlord or property manager.

We confirm the scope, price and available dates with you before scheduling. Specialty work, hazardous materials, heavy lifting and exterior cleaning are not included in a standard residential visit.
